According to the HOAI, we take care of your building technology requirements in all nine phases of construction. Our structured project flow enables us to accompany your project holistically from vision to acceptance.

Planning

As soon as the architectural plans of your project are available, we translate them into a strategy and cost concept through Building Information Modelling: By means of 5D modelling of buildings, the dimensions of time and costs are also fully taken into account in the planning stage. Since our managing director is responsible for the nationwide introduction of BIM in electrical engineering in buildings, we are revolutionizing the planning of building technology.

Tendering

After commissioning and completion of the detailed planning, your project enters the tendering process, for which we deliver proposals ready for decision and commission the corresponding companies. We offer all nine phases of construction in accordance with the government procurement ordinance.

Implementation

Many years of experience and implementation know-how enable our team to accompany the implementation plans of your project holistically and with foresight. We keep a close eye on every detail from acceptance to invoice control.

PORTFOLIO

Electrical installation

The "traditional" electrical installation is an essential part of modern buildings. Not only is it a "lifeline" of these buildings, it also plays an increasingly important role in the construction costs and an enormous technical development, especially under the influence of modern developments (such as the ENEV).

Heating/Ventilation/Sanitary

Heating/ventilation/sanitary is one of the key trades of the modern building alongside electricity and must be considered across all trades. In addition to all energy requirements with regard to economy, ecology and the Energy Saving Ordinance (ENEV), comfort plays a major role in residential and commercial construction as well as in public buildings. We work with you to draw up a specification sheet with your requirements for renovation or new construction. The cost-benefit analysis is a great decision-making aid for you to crystallize your tailor-made system out of the multitude of technical possibilities.

Fire protection

The major catastrophes of recent years have caused a rethink - among legislators and investors. Using structural and technical fire protection sensibly but cost-effectively is an important task. We are certified as fire protection planners according to DIN 14675.

Building Automation and MSR 
(Measure, Operate, Regulate)

Flexible working, sustainability and energy saving are the keywords of modern buildings. In many cases, ENEV requirements can no longer be met by structural measures alone. Building automation with MSR is more in demand than ever before. But this is precisely where opportunities and risks lie: These high-end technologies require competent support. As one of the few offices in Europe, we are DIAL-certified specialist planners and trained BACnet programmers and plan on the basis of the AMEV.
