Sebastian Körber, member of the Bavarian state parliament, visits Kaiser – Amm TGA-Planung 4.0.
Sebastian Körber, MdL, also regularly informs himself about the development of the building in his function as chairman of the Federal Technical Committee for Construction and Housing of the FDP. This time, his path led to Kaiser – Amm TGA-Planung 4.0, a specialist planning office for technical building equipment based in Forchheim.
CEO Peter Kaiser informed him about the current revolution in construction: After decades of similar planning methods, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is currently gaining ground. According to Kaiser, this is not only about the 3D planning process, but also about the economically automated implementation and control of construction projects (BIM2AVA).
In this respect, Kaiser-Amm is probably the only planning office in Germany that is already implementing BIM in its purest form. This is linked to the work of Peter Kaiser as the nationwide person responsible for BIM of the Central Association of Electrical and Information Technology Trades (ZVEH) and chairman of the corresponding German standards committee at the VDE.
MdL Körber was enthusiastic that one of the most modern specialist planning offices for technical building equipment in Germany, like Kaiser-Amm, was based in his own hometown of Forchheim. Körber is an architect himself and was a member of the FDP working group on building and living during the coalition negotiations between the SPD, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen and the FDP. In this function, he himself campaigned for modern and sustainable construction, the prerequisite for which is BIM. He would be very impressed that essential aspects of these new technologies and nominations are now being managed in Franconia.
